Director of People and Culture

The Director of People and Culture will lead Human Resources initiatives, aligning compensation and benefits with the school's culture and benchmarks, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, innovative, and collaborative professional who is passionate about the school's mission and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR
• SHRM and/or PHR certifications preferred
• Interface at the executive and/or board level preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
