Typology is seeking a freelance expert in business strategy and haircare product innovation to identify growth levers and define a product portfolio and innovation pipeline aligned with consumer expectations and the brand's vision.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in haircare products and in-depth knowledge of the clean & natural haircare market
• Sharp market insight analysis and ability to identify concrete innovation opportunities
• Experience in defining and prioritizing a product innovation roadmap
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Fluent in both French and English
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the haircare sector, ideally with expert brands or innovation labs
• Deep understanding of the market, consumer trends, and clean beauty constraints
