Job Description
Good American, an inclusive fashion brand, is seeking a Stock Lead for their Las Vegas location. This Part-Time, On-site role requires a fashion-obsessed and client-centric individual to act as a brand ambassador, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence within the store. The Stock Lead will focus on superior client engagement, visual standards, and achieving sales results, while consistently representing the brand’s values.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment
- Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred
- Familiar with key retail performance indicators
- Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate
- Comfortable and savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong fashion acumen and ability to style clients
- Travel approximately 10% of the time
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 35+ lbs.
