The Coating Engineering Technician supports precision optics manufacturing, preparing substrates, operating coating machines, measuring performance, inspecting coatings, and maintaining equipment. This role involves detail-oriented work, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. It is a hands-on position supporting production tasks.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience supporting precision manufacturing.
- College-level coursework in science or engineering, or experience in an engineering support role.
- Hands-on experience with precision coating equipment.
- Strong visual acuity.
