We are seeking a Project Manager to drive internal finance projects, focusing on process improvement, system integrations, and reporting automation. The role involves managing new service providers, overseeing subscriptions, and optimizing workflows across all group entities. The PM will also be responsible for leading meetings, tracking progress, and preparing regular reports.

Requirements

• Manage internal finance projects focused on process improvement, system integration, and reporting automation.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new service providers (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure partners).
• Oversee IT and marketing subscriptions, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.
• Map, document, and optimize finance workflows across all Group entities.
• Track project progress, risks, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of internal initiatives.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Lead and coordinate internal project meetings, maintain documentation, and track action points through completion.
