Job Description
Manage employee benefits and wellness programs, lead the benefits department, and ensure compliance with external rules and regulations. Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives, and lead a team of staff. Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration
- SPHR, CPP and/or CEBS designation preferred
- Minimum 7 years management experience preferred
