Stock Clerk I & II Retail

The Retail Stock Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, tagging, restocking, securing, distributing, and accounting for goods received at the Tramway through vendor outlets. Responsible for selling merchandise or art items in a retail gift shop and for the cleanliness of the store.

Requirements

• Ability to meet time and attendance requirements
• Ability to work all different shifts including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn, understand, and follow oral and written instructions/directions
• Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with other employees
• Familiarity with gift shop merchandise artists and vendors
• Ability to work directly with the public
• Ability to pull, lift and carry supplies and equipment
• Mechanical ability to put together display fixtures
