Job Description
GoFundMe is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the design and development of their AI platform. The role involves implementing AI solutions for scalable LLM access, developing agentic workflows, and optimizing model training pipelines. Requirements
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, AI development, or related fields.
- Experience designing and developing scalable backend systems and applying software engineering best practices.
- Deep expertise in agentic workflows, AI evaluation, and secure AI development.
- Strong knowledge of relational and document-based databases, data storage paradigms, and RESTful API design.
- Experience establishing robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
