Job Description
Godot Consulting Group is seeking experienced Residential Escrow Officers for Chicago and Suburbs locations. The role involves closing real estate transactions, preparing documentation, coordinating with lenders, and managing funds. The candidate will focus on accuracy and customer communication throughout the closing process.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience handling escrow transactions
- Experience in the title industry
- Multi-tasking and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write professional correspondence and reports
- Skilled in calculating figures, interest, proration, and commissions
- Aptitude to read and interpret real estate documents
- Skilled at setting priorities and problem resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Adept at using industry specific software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
