Job Description
GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to identify and mitigate security risks in applications and infrastructure. This role involves conducting security assessments, improving program effectiveness, and driving the resolution of security events. The position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication to collaborate with various teams, including Security and Development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of complex security engineering experience
- Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby or PowerShell
- Proficient use of security tools and techniques, including SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing, secure code reviews, and threat modeling
- Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
