Job Description
GoDaddy is seeking an experienced Business-Oriented Attorney to join their employment team as Corporate Counsel – Employment. This hybrid position will involve advising on employment matters, managing litigation, advising on external investigations, and providing legal counsel to People Operations teams, including international law and best practices. The role offers mentorship on employment risks and supports international labor and employment law.
Requirements
- LL.B. required
- LL.M. (or equivalent) preferred
- 7+ years of legal experience advising or litigating employment law
- Extensive knowledge of international employment laws, including India
- Excellent communication skills
- Business insight and problem-solving skills
