Requirements

• Experience with concrete, drywall, safety systems, hoisting, and equipment-intensive operations.
• Successful track record at national General Contractors.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Ability to create an environment where ‘safety first’ is the culture.
