Assistant Manager, Inventory

GOAT Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Inventory to manage the organization's worldwide distribution network and fulfillment process. The role involves optimizing inventory levels, ensuring quality control, increasing engagement with the team, and ensuring timely deliveries to customers. This position requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Extensive background in high-volume inventory control
• Advanced in order fulfillment, fulfillment support, order picking
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Google Docs, Excel and SQL
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work while standing and walking, and with heavy lifting
• Availability for extended hours, including weekends and holidays
