Job Description
Go RH is seeking an HR Manager to support clients in optimizing their talent management practices. The role involves analyzing needs, proposing solutions, and implementing sustainable HR practices. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources
- CRHA or CRIA title (asset)
- Experience in the service-and-client industry
- Car and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to client offices
- Master strategic thinking and analysis skills
- Autonomous and responsible with initiative
- Professional French and English proficiency
- Excellent French & English spoken
