Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Construction Manager to join our dynamic team within a recognized real estate developer in the Quebec region.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans (timelines, budgets, resources).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to define project needs and specifications.
- Supervise construction sites and ensure compliance with quality, timeliness, and budget standards.
- Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage the permitting process and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate renovation needs for new tenants and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with design teams to manage renovations while minimizing disruptions to existing tenants.
