Belron Canada is a leading provider of automotive glass technology, and we are seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to contribute to our global success. The role involves participating in accounting operations, financial statement production, and reporting to the Accounting and Financial Information Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant experience, a university degree in accounting, commerce, or business administration, and a CPA title.

Requirements

• Participating in the monthly financial closing process with tight deadlines
• Reviewing results and preparing financial reports (in accordance with IFRS)
• Participating in complex accounting files, such as lease accounting and currency exchange
• Participating in the budgeting and financial forecasting process
• Contributing to the development, documentation, and implementation of internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, as well as internal controls
• Participating in the production of sales tax and corporate income tax returns
• Supporting the annual audit and ensuring liaison with external auditors as needed
• Participating in special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, and the implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
