The HRIS Specialist will support the HRIS Manager in administering HR software for a workforce of 12,000+ employees, providing excellent service to employees and tracking project tasks and software changes.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred, or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS systems (ADP Lyric REQUIRED)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information to employees in a clear and accessible way.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project tracking and knowledge-base tools.
- Mush be a career motivated, self-starter who takes initiative.
