Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of GluCare’s in-house pharmacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience in operations, procurement, or healthcare facility management.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or medical supply chain management is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory systems (e.g., ERP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory environment preferred.
