Job Description
Join Glovo's People department in Barcelona as an HR Analytics Controller to support the decision-making process by controlling the execution of the budget and providing personnel cost reporting. Review, report, and consolidate Payroll Costs monthly, settle and improve control processes, and provide meaningful insights and support the monthly Global Personnel budget tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- +4 years' experience in Finance, Audit or related Controlling fields
- Proficiency in the English language
- G Suite expertise (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expertise (Excel)
- Experience in the implementation of projects, processes, and procedures
- Strong business acumen, and an analytical and proactive approach to solving problems and managing data
