Job Description
Glovo is a rapidly growing multi-category app connecting users with local businesses and couriers in over 1500 cities in 23 countries. This role focuses on Health & Safety within the People team, ensuring compliance with Italian health & safety legislation and managing stakeholders to maintain a safe work environment. The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for safety and a commitment to a positive work culture.
Requirements
- RSPP Qualification in accordance with Italian legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08)
- Strong knowledge of Italian H&S regulations and experience applying them in a corporate or operational environment
- Proven experience in creating and implementing Health & Safety processes
- Solid track record of stakeholder management
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments (logistics, manufacturing, tech/startup)
