Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role in high-performance environments.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken); additional language knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data analysis platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and drive value for all parties involved.
- An analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and propose actionable strategies.
