Job Description
At Globe, our goal is to create a wonderful world for our people, business, and nation. We are looking for a Technology Architect to join the CRM Tribe, responsible for shaping Globe Telecom's customer engagement and digital identity capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of total experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture
- Experience in CRM platforms and Case Management solutions
- Familiarity with Identity Management, SIM Registration systems, or SCV (Single Customer View) implementations
- Hands-on architecture and development background in cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)
- Strong experience in Java, Python, and Spring Boot
- Expertise in REST API design
- Solid background with PostgreSQL, Redis, and messaging platforms like Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps tools
