Technology Architect (B2B Tribe)

The B2B Tribe is looking for a Solution Architect who will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions that empower Globe Telecom's enterprise clients.

Requirements

• At least 1 5 years of total experience and with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture.
• Solution architecture patterns, integration strategies, and security frameworks
• Cloud cost optimization and multi-region scalability
• Design for resilience, availability, and fault tolerance
• Understanding of Telco networks, protocols, and standards
• Experience in BSS/OSS systems and associated service flows
• Familiarity with Telco industry standards and interoperability best practices
• Architecture experience in AWS and/or GCP
• Hands-on use of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Deployment Manager)
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance
• Agile delivery experience with cross-functional squads
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and iterative design mindset
• Critical thinking and complex system troubleshooting
• Data-driven decision making and performance optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Skilled in articulating architectural concepts to both technical and business audiences
