The Service Operationalization Lead is responsible for managing the service capability delivery and supporting the B2B Business Group to operationalize new or enhanced services.
Requirements
- Managing service capability delivery
- Supporting B2B Business Group
- Collaborating with domain SMEs and vendor partners
- Crafting process maps and ratifying technical PPMs
- Enabling technical support teams
- Creating reports and project dashboards
- Officializing new/enhanced services
- Providing high-level design and costing for service architecture requirements
- Acting as SME on service design
