The Service Delivery Expert is responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the Data Operations are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

Requirements

• Handles the build-up, warehousing, organization, transformation, processing, quality, and governance of demand-capacity datasets
• Executes scripts, workflows, and models needed for geospatial analytics, facility-based forecasting, build and selling decision-making
• Maintains proper versioning and archiving of databases arising from new information, quality checks, area-based updates, and demand-capacity data refreshes
• Blends and processes the demand data produced by multiple sources, projects, and initiatives to ensure a cohesive, de-duplicated, clean database
• Implements governance over proper use, access, and interpretation of demand data and reports by internal customers
• Handles the integration and access to Enterprise Data and Customer Analytics data marts and platforms to enable the confluence of internal and external data for richer insighting
