Implementation Specialist (Bilingual)/Spécialiste en mise en œuvre (bilingue)

GlobalVision is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join their Customer Enablement Team, focused on onboarding and ongoing support for customers across hardware and software applications. This remote position involves client-facing interactions, onboarding activities, technical assistance, and internal project contributions. The role requires bilingual (English/French) proficiency and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Office, remote control applications, hardware, and server-based software installation/management
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• Ability to work primarily EST time zone with occasional flexibility for CET
