Experienced Engineer for Power Technology Development in Process Integration role at GlobalFoundries in Dresden, Germany. Responsibilities include developing and driving the advancement of next generation high performance power technologies, taking ownership of developing and qualifying FEOL or BEOL process modules, and collaborating closely with device and process module engineers to achieve technology FOM performance targets.

Requirements

• Master/PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or another relevant field
• Minimum 5 years solid process integration experience
• Knowledge of SPC (statistical process control) and basic statistics
• Basic data plotting and statistical analysis skills using software such as JMP
• Detailed Knowledge of FEOL or BEOL process integration
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and tools (Lithography, etch, CVD, wet process, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven success working across teams in Europe, Asia, and the United States
• Track record of consistently delivering on deadlines and fulfilling commitments
• Highly driven, proactive, and equipped with a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals
