People Supervisor - Operations

GLS is seeking a People Supervisor - Operations to help employees grow, create a strong team environment, and achieve organizational goals while providing customer support. This role is a stepping stone to management and leadership positions within the company, offering training and experience for advancement. The supervisor will provide training, guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff, analyze performance, and maintain departmental procedures.
