Job Description
SYX Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to manage and maintain Salesforce systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role involves data import, cleanup, reporting, user support, and collaboration with various teams. The company is a subsidiary of a US-based entity.
Requirements
- Administering and maintaining Salesforce systems
- Setting up new user accounts and managing permissions
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Experience with SQL and Database queries
- Knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet & MS Excel
- Creating, maintaining, and customizing reports and dashboards
- Analyzing Test Results and Reporting Defects
- Monitoring System changes and documentation
