Job Description
Global Industrial is seeking a strategically minded Assistant Manager to join their Inbound Sales team. The role focuses on team development, performance management, and driving revenue generation. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in a Call Center environment.
- Experience supervising 10+ employees in a Business to Business Sales environment.
- Understanding of basic math and profit margins.
- Disciplined self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
