Job Description
Global Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Quality Control Officer to perform quality control on conventional mortgage loans. The role involves compiling and analyzing information for audits, reviewing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include loan origination, underwriting, closing, and insurance of loans.
Requirements
- Perform audit functions as outlined in Quality Control Policies and procedures.
- Compile and review information for investor/insurer/regulatory audits.
- Review loan underwriting decisions and loan documentation for accuracy.
- Conduct credit and appraisal reviews to support foreclosure and other actions.
