Job Description
Global Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business, structure and close commercial loans. The role involves monitoring loan portfolios, managing risk and ensuring compliance, and promoting other financial products. The position will be based at the Renton Financial Center, Renton, in the State of Colorado.
Requirements
- Meet with business members and prospective business members to promote the credit union's commercial loan services.
- Analyze applicant's financial status and evaluate collateral to determine loan feasibility.
- Negotiate loan structure with prospective borrowers.
- Assist members with inquiries and resolve loan issues.
- Promote other products and services as appropriate.
- Monitor loan portfolio and manage risk ratings.
- Participate in the credit union's business development activities.
