Job Description
IT Desktop Support Analyst provides exceptional customer service and resolves help desk issues for the C-Suite team in New York office. Requires 3 years IT Desktop support experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Requirements
- OnSite 5 days a week
- 3 years' work experience as an IT or Desktop Support Technician
- Familiarity with networking systems and protocols
- Knowledge of remote desktop support systems including TeamViewer
