Associate, Service - Global PSF English (January 2026)

GLG is seeking Associates who are excited to learn and excel at best-in-class client service in a strong performance-driven, merit-based, and team-oriented environment. Associates will engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions to enable clients to win. They will also own client projects from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders, and uphold GLG's compliance framework and company values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles
• Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
• Receptive to close coaching and feedback
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while ensuring attention to detail
