Technicien informatique (H/F)

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT technician to manage technical incidents and ensure the continuity and efficiency of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science, experience in managing ticket systems, and a good knowledge of Windows and Office 365.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in computer science (Bac+2 ideally)
• Have a first experience in a similar position
• Have a solid experience in managing ticket systems for incident follow-up
• Be familiar with the Windows environment and have a good knowledge of operating systems
• Be comfortable with Office 365
• Have an excellent ability to read and understand technical English
• Have an excellent interpersonal sense and enjoy interacting with users
