Givebutter is hiring a Director of Sales who can scale our PLG-assist Sales motion into a repeatable, outbound-powered machine—without sacrificing profitability or our culture of modern generosity.
Requirements
- 7+ years leading high-velocity sales teams, including 2+ years building outbound or product-assisted-sales motions.
- Demonstrated ability to scale a team 2-3× while maintaining or improving profitability.
- Mastery of HubSpot, Gong, and modern sales-engagement stacks.
- Proven hiring bar: you’ve attracted, coached up, retained, and promoted top-decile talent in competitive markets.
- Fluency in discovery frameworks that make non-contractual revenue commitments dependable.
- Authentic passion for empowering nonprofits and aligning revenue goals with social good.
