Requirements
- University Degree
- Verbal and written command of English
- Proficiency in using common PC applications
- Ability to define, recognize and memorize olfactory notes and fragrance language terms and determine olfactory directions
- Acquire Raw Material understanding
- Willingness to acquire and incorporate basic understanding of consumer olfactory preferences into fragrance evaluation
- Ability to build competent knowledge of fragrance applications across categories and reactions/interactions across different bases
- Developing understanding of Applications/Evaluation/Research methodologies, principles, protocols and documentation
- Developing basic knowledge of fragrance products, general market dynamics, and key customers
- Ability to build knowledge of customers' products and processes
- Ability to learn to effectively utilize systems to identify themes and resources to meet project priorities
- Understanding of brief process and functional interfaces
- Time Management skill
