Requirements
- Direct and support all Environmental, Health, and Safety functions for the Reading Site project.
- Implement and administer Contractor Safety Management Plan for the project.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Lead site EHS training for employees and contractors, promoting proactive safety engagement.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations to find and address risks.
- Act as point of contact for Ohio EPA during site construction.
- Manage emergency preparedness, environmental programs, and waste management programs.
- Be the primary contact for regulatory agencies and maintain partner relationships.
- Track and report EHS KPIs, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Develop Safety Programs for new site operations, which are scheduled to begin in Q2 2027.
