El Ranchito Camp Experience Coordinator

The Camp Experience Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management of the overall camp operations and creating positive camper experiences. This includes developing and implementing programs and schedules, leading staff meetings, and providing outstanding customer service to families.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or be a high school graduate by the start of camp
• Must be available for 8 weeks of day camp (June 15, 2026 - August 7, 2026) and training dates that will be scheduled prior to camp
• Must possess and maintain a valid CPR/First Aid Certification throughout the position’s employment dates. Training will be available
• Must have documented experience teaching or interacting with youth program
• Must submit a basic health history form as set by the American Camping Association
