The Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles (GSGLA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves over 35,500 girls in grades K-12 and nearly 19,000 volunteers across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Kern counties. The Head Counselor reports to the Unit Manager and plans and delivers program activities and events, overseeing a small group of counselors and campers in their living space. They assist in planning, design, and delivery of program activities that are safe, fun, and appropriate to the campers' age and abilities.
