Job Description
The Barn Program Specialist is responsible for the care and maintenance of barn animals and areas, and the implementation of farm program at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp property. This role requires ensuring high-caliber service to campers, guests, and staff, and support the camp team through operation, hospitality, and program leadership. The position also supports the camp's health, wellness, cabin, and housekeeping needs.
Requirements
- Responsible for the daily feeding & care of barn animals.
- Assist with emergency care to barn animals.
- Support the Equine staff with horse program care.
- Provide and/or support health and wellness practices.
- Support camp operations and program implementation.
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Coordinate schedules.
- Interact with digital systems.
