Job Description
Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a multi-million-dollar asset in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, resident relations, and financial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or combination of Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience)
- 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
