Job Description
The Inside Sales Building Materials Specialist will assist customers with their project needs, providing excellent service and offering solutions. The position involves a mix of days, evenings and weekends, and requires a strong focus on customer service and product knowledge. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position.
Requirements
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Treat all team members and customers with courtesy and respect.
- Greet and assist customers.
- Utilize various software for quote creation and invoicing.
- Research and follow up on customer concerns and orders.
- Complete necessary tasks such as cutting keys, stocking inventory, etc.
