Job Description
This is a full-time Auto Mechanic position at the Batesville, IN shop, requiring inspection, maintenance, repair, and service of a variety of vehicle fleets. The role involves daily work within the shop and occasional travel to service customers at nearby locations. Employees will be responsible for driving vehicles, repairing and maintaining components, and performing inspections. Requires accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.
Requirements
- Inspect vehicle components to diagnose issues.
- Perform routine maintenance work.
- Schedule future maintenance sessions.
- Repair or replace broken parts.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Perform a variety of duties such as loading/unloading, operating forklifts, and hauling.
- Drive to vendors and stores.
- Willingness to observe safety precautions.
