Senior Project Manager

Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a large or complex construction project, or multiple small projects. The role requires a highly technical, strong communicator with a team environment and the ability to lead with an inclusive and empathetic mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10-12+ years of experience in the lead project management role on projects
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry standard software, Microsoft Office (preferred)
