Job Description
Next 150 Construction, a subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, seeks a General Superintendent to lead a team of superintendents and ensure compliance with safety, scheduling, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction standards on large-scale construction projects.
Requirements
- Directs and coordinates field activities across multiple projects or large-scale programs
- Leads and mentors' teams of Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
- Maintains full knowledge of contract documents and proactively identifies coordination or constructability issues
- Establishes a safety-first culture through example, training, and regular field engagement
- Recruits, develops, and retains top field talent across all self-perform and logistics functions
