We're looking for a Recruiter to focus on marketing-related roles. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with candidates, assessing communication skills, and building a steady flow of marketing talent for GigRadar.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or candidate screening, preferably for marketing or creative roles across Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on experience in local recruitment (Ukraine region), including sourcing through Telegram communities or channels.
- English level B2 or higher, strong communication skills are essential.
- Self-driven and consistent, with the ability to meet weekly hiring goals.
- Highly organized and responsive, capable of managing multiple candidates efficiently.
- Confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms such as Djinni, work.ua, robota.ua, hh.kz
