Quality Assurance Specialist

Giesecke+Devrient is a global company that provides security technologies for the physical and digital worlds. The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure quality of the Digital Profile Factory (DPF) deliverables through proactive monitoring, reporting, and continuous optimization of processes. Key responsibilities include protecting customer quality, proactively controlling product quality, and increasing G+D's profitability by preventing design and production flaws.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in quality assurance, production, or process management, ideally in a technology-driven and IT-enabled production environment
• Proven experience and success in implementing inspection architectures and quality improvements
• Strong knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean)
• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA/8D), and process audits
• Familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred) for quality monitoring and reporting
