Machine Operator II- Hot Stamp Operator

Machine Operator II- Hot Stamp Operator responsible for managing two machines that apply small holograms, logos, or foil designs onto cards. Requires consistency, focus, and precision to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
• Understanding of quality processes and procedures
• Understanding the influences of the vision system. (Pixels, lighting, masking and filters – ensuring that the correct vision file is created)
• Safety conscious with a good understanding of general safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
