Industrial Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all card personalization and fulfillment equipment, troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair all card personalization and fulfillment equipment
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all factory support equipment
• Fabricate replacement parts when necessary
• Work with machine operators to identify and resolve issues with setup and job files
• Work with IT to identify and resolve machine communications related issues
• Implement programs to increase OEE and utilize KPI's to improve equipment uptime and decrease downtime
• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, tests, and inspections, and document processes for future reference
